2003 Schloss Saarstein Serriger Schloss Saarsteiner Riesling Auslese #11

Sean T, I remember now why this wine looked familiar. I have 4 of them resting peacefully. Cool

We'll have to revisit this wine in a couple of years.

Don't worry about it. Accidents happen.

Looks like a nice line-up and good time. One of my New Year's resolutions is to try to attend more off-lines (Damn work and travel....well damn work, anyway). Cheers and a Happy New Year to all.

P.S. How was the golf at Woodson?

Slightly brutal...even if you hit the flagsticks, the ball won't drop. Cool

Aha, definitely.

Who do you have to probe around here to get a chardonnay?

Yes tonight. Thought I remembered someone saying there was often an impromptu gathering on Wed evenings. The University Club downtown has a wine tasting tonight. I am a member of a sister club so I can go and take guests (a few anyway.) I have no idea what they are tasting tonight, but the time I went before we tasted 6 wines. I'm open for other ideas though! tomorrow night would work too.

Maybe next weekend, or the 16th at the University Club works for me??? Enjoy the weekend and stay dry, most of our Bottle shops will resume Saturday Tasting this weekend...

What is the price on that? I may be interested in doing a non-wine night.
