Geyser Peak Winery Reserve Challenge Thursday, April 29th, 2004 Renaissance Oak Brook Hotel 2100 Spring Rd Oak Brook, Il 60523 Reception 6:30 P.M. - Tasting 7:00 P.M. The Geyser Peak Reserve Challenge showcases the Reserve wines of Geyser Peak against some of the world's top producers of Cabernet Sauvignon based wine in a blind tasting competition. This is one of the first consumer events of its kind and a unique opportunity to taste 10 of the world's most collectable and highly regarded wines.Your highly respected nose and discerning palate are cordially invited but your eyes are not, since this is a blind tasting. And then there's the $70 dinner afterwards at 8pm, you considering that as well?
I'm considering this, especially with it being blind and a mix of California and French wines, could help me truly sort out some of my preferences. Nancy |

geyser peak has been disapointing lately, I think mr groom should be held up for his wines. I don't know about the reserves, but the regular bottlings of cab, merlot, chard, sav blanc have been not very good. They have all the money in the world.
