Thanks for putting this together, tanglenet!

I have no idea if it is any good or not, but someone mentioned Riva Cucina a while ago to me... maybe that would work if Cafe Liason doesn't work out? Again, no idea if it is any good or not. Just throwing it out there....

OK, here's the scoop:

Cost will be right around $57-59 per person. (The break down is $40 + sales tax + 20% service + $5 corkage for 1 bottle)

Menu will be 3 course pre fixe. It is listed below.

Are we interested? If we are, I will have to sign a contract and give them a credit card, so PLEASE CONFIRM.

THIS MEANS THAT YOUR NEXT POST WILL BE THE POINT OF NO RETURN AND YOU WILL BE ON THE HOOK AS I PERSONALLY DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA MEAL IF YOU WILL NOT BE ATTENDING AT THE LAST MINUTE!

What is the exact location and time again? Since H works in Mtn View and I come from Petaluma, I need to make sure traffic isn't a factor.

Thanks, TN, for putting this together-

Sounds awesome. Please post location and time?

Also, given that menu, is it a safe bet that the theme for red wines would be Pinot from anywhere or else Rhone? But maybe you had something else in mind?

And what is the do-or-die date to decide? I mean, when are you going to have to give them a firm head count?

We're very likely, but it depends on the time?

I'm in, just let me know the time, and the final decision on a theme. Looking forward to meeting up with everyone again.
