Come join TuaRita99 from Boston, Redwingstoneware and M61 at Zelos in downtown Minneapolis at 7:30 this coming Monday night October 18th.

Email M61 at craig@mhccom.com if you want taste some great wine and meet TuaRita99 from Boston.

I'm thinking of bringing either a 96' Dauvissat Les Clos Chablis or 02' Girardin Puligny Montrachet les Pucelles.

Thanks in advance for the warm welcome and look forward to meeting MSP winos! Wish you had taken care of the Yankees for us!

Waiting for kids to grow up so I can get back to attending offlines

What did you end of tasting? How was Zelo's? Sounds like a fun place.

Hey ChillyWino,

Summit and Leinies! Just kidding. We had a 2001 Girardin 1er cru Puligny Montrachet, a 2001 Turley Zin, a 1997 Frescobaldi Merlot, and an Aussie fortified RL Bullers. Not a dud in the bunch, and the wine was as good as the company!

Zelos was excellent, right on Nicollett Mall across from Target. Food was great, and service was good too, waiter got a bit of each bottle and presto, no corkage showed up on the bill. Best meal I had by far in my short time in MSP.

TuiRita99,

Summit and Leinies but no James Page? Wink

Nice lineup. I'm looking forward to heading out there in November to meet the MSP group, sounds like it will be a good time.

Hey TuaRita

Enjoyed your's, Penny's, and Redwingstoneware's company last week. Your 97' Frescobaldi Merlot was my WOTN. I enjoyed all the wines we had that night but, I haven't had many wines from Tuscany yet and this was a gem.

Very nice evening. All the wines were excellent. My WOTN was the R.L. Buller "Calliope" Rare Muscat. I love a wine that totally blows away your expectation.
