Business will take me to Vancouver this week for a brief trip. Any of the locals available/interested in getting together for some wine and food one evening? Tuesday would be best for me, but Wednesday is a possibility. Yes, I know that Wednesday is Valentine's Day. Seaquam already reminded me.

steve8,

Sorry steve8...mid-week with a 2 hr. drive and 2 hr. ferry ride (over-nighter) at this short of notice just is't going to happen for me.
One of these days...

Canadian weather?
Nine months of hockey and three months of bad ice.

There have been a couple of times that it was significantly cheaper for me to fly to Seattle via Detroit and drive up to Vancouver than direct with Air Cannado. Not this time though. I would like to visit Washington wine country sometime soon.

Tyee, I didn't think you would be able to make it unless you were coincidentally in Van at the same time.

When my sales colleague, who you met, came aboard, I had to give him some of my accounts. The ones in the DFW area were some of those, a move I sincerely regret. Any time I posted that I would be in DFW, there were always some takers.
