Just wanted to post a big thank you to the last minute Dallas crew: wineismylife, THE 291, and Sapil Nguyen - really appreciated you coming out for the offline and arranging dinner at Red Sage. I really enjoyed myself and was overwlehlmed by your generosity at dinner. What a great dinner and selection of wines!! I wish I had the list of wines and all of the notes (maybe WIML or 291 will post notes). If anyone is ever traveling out to Dallas, I highly recommend trying to get together with the Dallas winos - they are a really great bunch of people.

It was our pleasure. This is what we love to do. Meet wonderful new people such as yourself and share wine together.
