A local, wine friendly, dining establishment has expressed a willingness to be the site of an offline sometime toward the end of January next year. I was thinking that around the 24th would be a good time to have the first SoCal event of the new year.
Cafe Plaka features Greek, Italian, American dishes. Chef Philip cooks up some great dishes, including some pork chops that are off the scale! Appetizers are mainly Greek, but I am sure that he will be doing some special dishes for us.
If you are interested please let me know fairly soon.

I would like to take the plunge...logistics might be a problem though. I'll see if I can crash at a buddy's house up in LaLa land. How far is the restaurant from San Diego?

She Laughs: Sorry you can't make this event. I am in the middle of the remodeling right now, so the house is a mess. Actually that may be a good reason to open that Sin Zin! E-Mail or call to set up something.
