This event was sold out a while back and I got a table of eight to split with some fellow forumites.

Who else is showing up to this? I think Emilio and CHICO are due in...

This is to the best of my knowledge...

I would be interested in attending. I'm not sure if you're asking who's already going or if you's inviting! Big Grin

Pyang,
We will be there. Do you have any plans for the weekend? We are flying in on Saturday and returning to PHX Monday afternoon. We are planning a trip up to Spring Mtn on Sunday and maybe a late stop at Del Dotto. That evening dinner at Tra Vigne. We are looking into transportation for the Saturday night dinner. The last thing I want to do is drive down Deer Park Rd after wine, food & more wine Eek! Do you have any recommendations?

SPS,

The only plan I have that weekend is camping in Mark's private cellar... Big Grin

He keep on saying the 3L of 1989 Maya will be opened for dinner, will have to hold him to that.

If I remembered right, Mark mentioned something about arranging bus runs from Charls Krug up to Howell Mountain. I'll try to find out for sure on Monday.

Gustavo,
Yes it's me Scott. We were looking forward to seeing you and Anna. Sorry you can't make it to the dinner. Are you still planning to fly out of PHX? If so and if time permits maybe we could get together for a little vino and food? If that works into your plans email me. We would love to have you over as our guests. Or we could always meet at a convenient location for the two of you.
Hope all is well,
sps

gusbo,

Not sure how long your trip is this time, but if you like, we can still meet up somewhere in SF for dinner and a few bottles. Smile

Emilio,

I think the gender split will be around 50/50 for this dinner. Hopefully your table is not too far away from ours. Smile

As of right now, there is no plan for bus ride. Will keep everyone updated if things change.

pyang,

Thanks, we will have a car so it won't be a problem. Not to worry about where our table is as we are social people and we'll make sure we meet the other forum members regardless of what table we are at. Smile Cool
Looking forward to it, what time should we be there and what's the dress code?

The event is slated to start at 4:30pm for tasting and tour. If you want to taste the 2001 Vinayard Designates, you need to make it at this time, as they will not be served at dinner.

Dinner starts at 6:00pm followed by auction around 8:30pm.

For anyone that is coming from out of town, I have a limo set up for the upper Valley pickups, if needed.
For sure on the wayout you will need him.

Call the winery for details.
