I was sent some wine from a winery in CA with the promise that I and maybe a few others would review them on this site. I also was given another bottle by a different winery owner to be shared at an offline. I can't do this for probably more than a month. Anybody up for a dinner maybe late October or early November on a Saturday night?

november works best for me, i have a few trips in october. but don't be pissed when i guess the right winery!

I'll be extremely impressed if you do.

I'd be interested in some wine tasting and meeting some forumites for the first time. November works for me as well. Let me know if you need my email.

I don't know. Let's see who's coming after we pick a date and then we can decide. I figure the winery bottles should be tasted blind. I'll know what they are so I won't say anything until after everybody else gives their opinion.

I like that idea...sometime after the 1st of November but before Turkey day....

If you gentlemen and ladies (if applicable) would be willing to accept a new-comer in the mix, I would very much like to attend.

Sure, a large group is fine, but I'd like everybody to get to try these three wines.

I'm expecting to have a dinner planned with the owner of one of Priorat's greatest wineries sometime in that period. I may ask her to join us. We'll do it in Manhattan. In your email, be sure to let me know your moniker. When it comes time to make the reservation, you'll have to commit since a deposit may be necessary.
