Would any D.C. area forumites care to unite Memorial Day weekend? I will be there, along with three friends, May 21 - May 25.

Unfortunately I'll be at a wedding (who the hell has a wedding on a holiday weekend), otherwise I would love to host you and your friends.

The MD group gets together pretty regularly (tonight in fact, at my house) so I imagine a few will respond soon.

Have fun, DC is a great place. Let me know if you need any recommendations.

I will not be able to do anything around here either. I will be out in Oregon that weekend hitting up the Memorial Day Weeekend Open Houses that all the great Pinot places have out there.

We may do something on the deck - there are also several wine friendly restaurants here. Others may chime in too? Whatcha drinking?

My friend lives in Alexandria, so we will probably stay with him, or near his place.

If I end up not going to the Italian Italian Offline... I'd be up for hosting down in Alexandria.

i might be seeing springsteen up at the meadowlands that weekend. (now less than a 50 percent chance.) but if i'm D.C. i'm definitely up for an offline.

zinfully: looks very likely i'm not going to be able to make that night on the deck 5/16. but if you do it on another saturday night, i'm almost surely there.
