Date: January 18, 2004

Time: 6:00pm

Location: TBD. Likely at Pere Jeanty

It's looking like we have at least one mystry guest for this event, hoping for more.

As usual, the sooner you can RSVP the better. I would like to nail down the head count and reservation right after the New Year.

Hope to see you there. Cool

highdesertwine,

There is a BAWE event on January 11th if you are interested.

I am sure Eric White can find space to accommodate you, if not you can always sit on his lap. Wink

RedRedVine,

Just take a drive down or fly, I'll pick you and the Mrs. up at the airport. Smile

If the mystry guest is Pam Starr don't count on her actually showing up Roll Eyes Razz Razz

I'd love to share some great wine and food with Gusbo again - but will have to be tentative for the moment.

Thanks Pyang, Pinot sounds great!! Razz Big Grin

From Winebrat's list, in no particular order:

'94 CaliCabs
'90 BDX Classified
Goo Goo for Grenache
Aussie Shiraz

Parker's perfects is a great theme, but I don't know if I have any, as I do not subscribe to His newsletter.
You could point to some wines You would be interested in seeing in the line up(keep it under $1,000,000 a bottle!! Roll Eyes) and a source.
In any event, should be fun seeing some old faces Eek Big Grin and meeting new ones Cool

Salud!

By the way, I like the '94 Cali Cabs idea, would be easier for everyone to source wine. Smile

Pyang-
Got it! it IS under $1 mil, but that particular bottle falls under:

"Wines We can DRAB Cool just to piss others off"

So, sorry but it "ain't happening!!" Smile Smile

'94 CaliCabs is fine by me, if everyone agrees, that could be the theme.
