Join us on October 8, 2005 at Fort Mason in San Francisco for an elegant celebration of Italian wine, food and lifestyle.

Taste over 100 Cal-Italia Varietal Wines from over 40 producers

Sample Italian Inspired Foods

Cal-Italia varietals will be the focus; such as Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, Super Tuscans and Pinot Grigio from Napa, Sonoma, Central Coast and Sierra Foothill producers. This is an opportunity to taste many cult and boutique production wines. The tasting culminates in the “Augusta DeVita Cal-Italia Wine Award” named for the event founder’s uncle who “loved the best wine, the best food, the best cars and the best women…” Augusta, with roots to Lucca, Italy, grew up in California with a connoisseur’s palate. At the Cal-Italia Wine and Food Festival revelers will be able to vote for favorites.

VIP Tickets are $60 in advance/$65 at the door for VIP preview tasting beginning at Noon
Unlimited tasting and complimentary event wine glass

General Admission Tickets are $35 in advance/ $45 at the door for admission between 1pm-5pm
Unlimited tasting and complimentary event wine glass
