On Saturday April 15th, Garretson Wine Company will be hosting the second of its five-part, Southern-inspired charity dinners..."Fixin' to Eat". The five-course meal will feature the culinary talents of Chefs John and Amy Malik of 33 Liberty Restaurant of Greenville, South Carolina (check them out at http://www.33liberty.com).

For this dinner, the Garretsons are joined by their friend, Brian Loring of Loring Wine Company (http://www.loringwinecompany.com), who is graciously providing both his wines and his company.

As with each "Fixin' to Eat" dinner, seating is limited to the first 80 reservations. Cost is $150 per person...$130/per for those purchasing a table of eight. Proceeds for the evening benefit both San Luis Obispo Autistic Children services and the Southern Foodways Alliance (http://www.southernfoodways.com). As of this posting, we have nearly 40 reservations.
