Who is up for sharing some wine? We'll be staying mid-town/ Times Square. I'm not planning on getting a car, but we could get around pretty easy I'm sure. What day works best? It's a Wed and Thurs.

I'd love to make a dinner here, but we're returning from a 3 week vacation on August 6. I'm going to be swamped when I return. The 8th is my wife's birthday, but I might be able to make it into the city on the 9th.

Just one more sip.

It's more a perfect triple storm:

Otis's party on the 11th in Chicago, and Stef's best friend wanting us to visit DC on the 5th. Left 3 days in the middle. To which Stef said, "Let's go see tbird and meet this Board-O dude." Smile

Looks open to me!!! It'd be great to meet you and Stef!!!

Thursday would be great (as I could take Friday off, so there'd be no need to rush the evening). However, Wednesday is also free, so it's up to you guys.

Go HOKIES!!!

If we don't bring a wine on their list, Smith and Wollensky has $0 corkage. The only trouble is location... 49th and 3rd (I believe).

Tbird likes Quality Meats... I think. And I believe Ouest in the Upper West Side has reasonable corkage and good food.

Cool. Thursday is a great night to offline. Low crowds and I don't mind being a little off on a Friday Razz

For Steak and 0 corkage - that's no trouble for me! I've been to Ouest - very good too. I had the best cream of Mushroom soup I ever had there. Ouest isn't THAT big for a large group from what I remember and it does get a good mid week crowd. We went on a Wednesday I think.

Hard to argue Steak and Offlines - but you guys decide or Tlily, since this is in his honor Smile

And don't let T-Bird vote. I think he turned Veg in 2007. Razz

Definitely don't count me in for reservation purposes - If I have to come to NY for business, it will likely be on relatively short notice -
