Oh, I drank all my 83 Cos a year ago. I figured the only way to get you to even try a 70's Burg was to decant it and pour it into a Bordeaux bottle. Big Grin

Then, I'll have Mark Ketcham bring a bottle of the August West. Everyone should get a shot of this wine.

I think that covers it. Sam will confirm the start time of 4:30 this afternoon after checking with the owners. Early appetizers may be available, but probably will be in addition to the fixed price menu (a la carte, I expect).

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Left out one item:

Price:
$50.00 per person, including tax, tip, and corkage. Cool Cool

If possible, please bring cash so there aren't a ton of credit cards to process at the end Smile

That sounds like a perfect match for me. Since I am short, dark and broke. Eek

I was thinking that perhaps we should try something new next time for an offline. How about a clothing optional offline? Eek

I knew I would forget something on that "final final" Wink

Two more things:

Start time:
Dinner will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Early arrival is 4:30 PM, everyone is welcome. I'll probably bring an additional chilled white wine to share, and I thing a couple others are considering the same thing.

Glassware
There is no need to bring your own unless you wish to have more than two stems. The Restaurant will provide two Riedel stems per seat. Cool Cool
