The Hearing Loss Association of Los Angeles (HLA-LA) hosts their first annual public wine tasting and fundraiser. Join us to experience wine & food pairings, a silent auction and a raffle all with good fun, cheer and happiness.

WHEN: Sunday, September 16, 2007 from 4:30pm – 7:30pm

WHERE: Holly Street Bar & Grill
175 East Holly St.
Pasadena, CA 91103

WHO: Hearing Loss Association of Los Angeles (HLA-LA) was founded in
September 2004 by a group of adults with hearing loss. HLA-LA members communicate by lip reading, writing signs, sign language or the use of a real time captionist.

WHY: HLA-LA’s primary purpose is to bring support, understanding and information to all people in Southern California with a hearing loss (whether mild or severe) as well as their hearing family, friends and co-workers.

100% of the proceeds from this wine tasting and auction will go to support our communication, education and outreach efforts to help working-age adults with hearing loss, especially those who may be unaware of services and resources available to them. The Hearing Loss Association of Los Angeles is a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. All contributions are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

TICKET
INFORMATION: $65.00 per person available in advance online (recommended) at http://www.hla-la.org/wine/ or at the door the night of the event.
Ticket price includes wine and food pairings and one free grand-prize raffle entry. (Note: Must be of age 21 or older to consume alcohol.)
