I tried to work this but can't make it. My neighbor George was my partner in crime tonight and he said after hanging out with you guys he is now allergic to wine


Everyone have some chaos for me, see everyone soon. We might go for Dim Sum and champange tomorrow though. If anyone wants to go, shoot me a message and I will let you know what time if we roll. It will prob be around same as last time we all went.

We were thinking of Empress Pavilion (SIC) tomorrow on our own...is there a greater interest???

Those two burgs (NSG and CDB?) were great too. It was great to get the side-by-side with the Cal's. You sure can taste the terroir (soil?) a lot more in the burgs.

That Loring I brought was evolving quickly for the short time it lasted. Started off kinda bad I thought, but ended up pretty good. Wish I had taken more time to air it out.
