Thanks to Sean, we've secured Pere Jeanty for this dinner.
Starting time will be 6:00pm, seating is limited to 20 people in the private dining room. The restaurant will provide Spiegelau stems for our use, you can also bring your own if you like. As usual, we will split the bill equally among all attending. We don't usually have a theme just so it's easier to pair with the menu, but a theme can always be fun.

As the theme seems to be in "constant" evolution, may I suggest wines with worms in them?  I bet You've all had Mexican Mezcal  If that doesn't cut the grade, how 'bout that "watchamacallit" Chinese wine with the snake in it!!  Salud!! |

I was informed that we don't have to cut off the attendance at 20, but please still do RSVP ASAP if you would like to join us.

It's pruning and plowing time in the Mountains, all our weekends are pretty tied up in January, but if anyone wants real hands on experience I promise not to charge you $100,000, and I'll even supply the clippers.

It would be fun to have a wine theme, but doesn't seem like there is a strong opinion towards any of them, except NO stinky wines.
Perhaps the best way to do this is posting what wines everyone is thinking of bringing, so maybe a few mini themes can come out of it.
