The Best of 2005 Oregon Horizontal.
Sunday April 29th, 2007, 12-2pm - $100
Jacob Javits Center – 655 West 34th Street New York, NY The Best of 2005 Oregon Horizontal. Oregon is a not-so-secret source of pinot noir, producing more traditional, light pinots that recollect their terroir. Talk about hard to find: These wines are nearly impossible to get your hands on. This tasting is your chance to taste some of the best. 2005 Oregon is a return to “normal,” which means more structure and less ripe fruit. After experiencing hot vintages the past few years, this growing season was long and cool. This will be one of the best Oregon tastings we have done. Come taste (name producers here). Tickets are available on our website,
www.pinotdays.com. Focus Tasting Tickets are $100.
The Best of Anderson Valley, Russian River and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Sunday April 29th, 2007, 3:30-5:30pm - $100
Jacob Javits Center – 655 West 34th Street New York, NY The Best of Anderson Valley, Russian River and Sonoma Coast Pinot will feature 16 of the most acclaimed wines from three prestigious pinot regions in Northern California-Anderson Valley, Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley. Most of the wines we’ll serve are still made in relatively small lots, and thus are difficult to find. Come taste (name producers here). Tickets are available on our website,
www.pinotdays.com. Focus Tasting Tickets are $100.
2005 Santa Rita Hills and Santa Lucia Highlands Horizontal.
Sunday April 29th, 2007, 7-9pm - $100
Jacob Javits Center – 655 West 34th Street New York, NY This focus tasting will feature 16 of the best wines from the Santa Rita Hills and Santa Lucia Highlands Southern/Central California appellations, legendary pinot regions that produce some of the most acclaimed pinots on the market. Santa Rita and Santa Lucia have become a breeding ground for young producers who have paved the way for modern California pinot noirs. We will taste the hard-to-find (name producers here). Tickets are available on our website,
