I don't know any details myself yet other than I believe at least you, probably futronic and myself will be getting together Thursday night for at least a drink, maybe some dinner. Friday night I believe it is baird, futronic and myself so far, probably at Jay's place.

I am tied up until about 7:30 on the 19th - but if you are still out having drinks and/or dinner after that, perhaps I could join in. Let me know.

OTW, I'll be available until all hours that evening. After I finish with my client that afternoon I'm free until I catch my flight Saturday morning.

WIML - It's Thursday (19th) that I could join in - I suspect you may have been thinking of Friday night that you are clear. (Unless you've got all day Friday off, which brings up all kinds of other opportunities.)

OTW, I mean't Thursday the 19th. I fly in Wednesday night on the last flight of the evening. I meet with the client all day the 19th. I'm free from that evening until Saturday morning when I catch a flight back to Dallas via Pittsburgh. So I have the luxury of being able to sleep late Friday morning, sightsee a bit and then hook up with futronic and baird Friday night.

I'm in for just about anything Thursday night.

WIML - Sounds great! I tend to be a 'night' person, so we should be able to make use of your free time. Let's see what the response from futronic, slan, and anyone else available is, and we'll take things from there.

I understand that you will be staying in the Yorkville area. My office is there, so I'm fairly familiar with eating/drinking options in the area.

otw,

Send me an email at futronic<removethis>@rogers<removethis>.com and we can coordinate for Thursday evening. I was thinking of starting off at Caren's and playing things by ear from there.

The airfare is booked. I get there Wednesday night in time for a quick bite and bed before my meetings on Thursday. I leave Saturday morning so we're set for just about anything otherwise.

Right now I'm planning on staying at the Sutton Place in Yorkville. That should be close to everybody concerned. I'll let everybody know if that changes.

futronic has my cell phone number in case anybody wants to get ahold of me quickly. Otherwise, you can email me at joe dot dulworth at airmail dot net -OR- joe dot dulworth at mindspring dot com.

I'm looking forward to meeting as many of the Toronto Wine Cru as possible while there.

Joe

You may want to pop into the Bay (sort of like Canada's JC Penny or Sears, though we also have our own Sears... Confused) about 100 steps from your front door, at Yonge and Bloor (ask the doorman) after you hit your hotel, to pick up a winter coat. Or two. Eek

And there is a relatively (this is Ontario... Frown_ well-stocked LCBO/Vintages in the basement of the Manulife shopping centre at Bay and Bloor, in case you get thirsty your first night in... Big Grin

Looking forward to meeting you as well, WIML. For the TWC, I'll send an email with some details about Thursday and Friday when I get home this afternoon. If anyone has a change of plans and can make it on Friday, let me know ASAP.

I might be in for a quick one on Thursday. If a couple of meetings I am hoping to have are confirmed Thursday afternoon, I should be in. Meetings are in the financial district, so let me know where/when you will be meeting so I can figure out a parking/subway plan.

I can't do dinner at Futronic's though as my weekend seems completely full with hockey games and practices, snowboarding, etc.

Damn kids! Big Grin Wink
