We would be willing to host an off-line at Casa de Red guy on 12/6. Corkage is very reasonable . Let me know what people think. Clayfu - I know you have finals around that time, but you will need a study break. Study ahead of time (this from the world's greatest procrastinator) and take that evening off.

If I didn't drink this wine, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this wine and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

I like the sound of this. As of right now, I see no reason why I would not make it.

Love to, but I definitely won't be able to make it. Have a final a few days later.

The 6th is good for me but my parents will be out of town.
Who do you have to probe around here to get a chardonnay?

There doesn't seem to be a lot of people available for 12/6. So far, we have: Red Guy and Mrs. (plus a few others) spo Sean T. No: Clayfu Whine-oh Uncommited: SD-Wineaux Anybody I'm missing? Are there better weekends in December for everyone else? 12/6 is the only night we could host. We might be able to attend another night in December (at another venue). We are more than happy to host in January, if would be better for most. Let me know, as 12/6 is fast approaching. Cheers, Red guy

It sounds like we have enough for a small get together. I was thinking a 5 PM start time. I will send out details shortly. So far I have a yes from: spo Sean T. Julie D. SD-Wineaux: Any chance you can attend? Anybody else I'm missing? My house is kid friendly. All are welcome. Cheers, Red guy

OK - It looks like Saturday is a go. I thought we would aim for a start time of about 5 PM. I was hoping that in addition to wine, everyone could bring an appetizer to share. It doesn't have to be anything too fancy. The Mrs. and I will provide some food to graze on, as well. I will e-mail everyone with directions and contact information in the next day or so. I look forward to seeing everyone. Cheers, Red guy

Definitely a chance, but still can't commit. But the chances are looking better for me + 1. I'll let you know.

Sean's parents have been active participants prior San Diego off-lines. Care to attend or just lurking?

I am sure there will be. How did you like Addison? The wines didn't look too shabby.
