Alright - trips off then. Wink

I'll be in Amsterdam for two different trips in May and might decide to head over to London for a night or two if you are around.

Come on down guys. DoktaP, you have been kind enough to host me at your house and we offlined in Toronto; Indybob and Doktap we also offlined in Chicago. It is time for the both of you to come to Texas and offline with wineismylife, wine+art and me. No excuses.

Last I heard, Thirsty Man was thinking about a Burgundian wine. (red)

Anyone else care to declare? Smile

I'm thinking a white and a blind bottle as well. Wink

thirstyman and Burgundy - who would have guessed?

Geez guys, I don't check these boards very often so I didn''t know I was supposed to declare.

I am bringing a very young red Bordeaux that I decanted for 4 hours earlier today. That is all the time I had. I was going to bring a sticky but it looks like Purple has that covered.

PURPLE will post the wines and the notes soon.

That said, any night that includes Trimbach, Leroy, La Mission Haut Brion , Huet and Mouton can not be all that bad. Wink

Always good to hook up with the great Thirsty Man again! Cool
