Does anyone know this person or these wines? Anyone had any experience with this shop?

Phillipe--it would be useful if you would take a moment to explain the dynamics of the tasting.

With pleasure.
The delices de daubenton shop exists from nearly 9 years in paris and only specializes in Graves de vayres wines as asserted by my website http://www.lesdelices.com
They were quoted in december 2003 (december 2003,13-14 money report section) in the International Herald Tribune and indicating my own classification of these wines.
I am the only representative of these wines in Paris and Those that will be tasted are the most dynamic and interessting of the Graves de vayres.
A first festival appeared in 2004 and the second winter edition will take place during all february 2005 through 4 evenings tastings by week.
With all my best wishes for 2005.

All the different evening tastings, assorted with different toasts of terrines and cheese will be paying the month of february.
Nevertheless during the day and the opening hours of the délices de daubenton, the visitor is often offered 1 or 2 glasses of the best graves de vayres, generally the cuvée élisée or chateau toulouze.
It will be so in february.

I have forgotten to quote the cuvée milady year 2002 or 2003 ,a delicious graves de vayres moelleux that will be served during the festival with a french cake of my composition,"the pithiviers with almonds".

Do you work in the wine biz?

We are very much interested in becoming better aquainted with French wines (and cheese --of course) do you have anything to offer?

We have been to France many times and we are looking forward to spending a month to really enjoy your country. Wink
