Don't know. What part of San Diego will you be in?

Count me in as a definite probably. I believe Rainwater's has free corkage on Friday, but I would need to confirm that. If you could do this on Sunday instead, Avenue 5 has free corkage and is a nice place. But whatever you choose, I'm in. Probably. Big Grin

Personnaly I don't mind paying for corkage as long as the food is really good.

I am here, ArieS. As of right now, I think I can make it. Unless there is some unforeseen emergency I am planning on it.

I want to try this place downtown Cowboy Star. I spoke with the manager and she said corkage is $20 per bottle. All they ask is that we do not bring a wine that is on their list. Their list is all domestic. Look over their menu and if there is a place you would rather go to let me know and I will call around.

If you can venture a small distance from downtown Vagabond is a place I also like. http://www.vagabondkitchen.com/serving/up/flash/

Let us know what appeals to you.

You rank #843, just behind looking for new releases on Netflix and just ahead of the health of my liver. Razz

Somehow I don't think that will pose a problem for ArieS. Wink

I can go but my parents can't. I might get a couple of my friends to come. We haven't done an OL in a while, it'll be nice to start these up again.

Who do you have to probe around here to get a chardonnay?

I might be in if the date works out. The November schedule is becoming increasingly tight.

----------
"Sometimes when I reflect back on all the wine I drink I feel shame. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the vineyards and all of their hopes and dreams . If I didn't drink this wine, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, 'It is better that I drink this wine and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver."

I may not be in town during this shindig. I probably won't know until the week prior. Frown
