Air Guitar Offer

VM

Either Little Guitars or Mean Street should do the trick, however, I did say might not be able to resist. If the donation cup fills up quickly, I'll see what I can do. Wink

I can see it now, lots of head shaking and air strumming, hand gesturing, somewhere between the Riesling table and the Kracher, on the way to a CNdP. Don't even pretend like you aren't practicing at home right now as I type this. I have an informant...

Otis - It will now be Longboarder flying solo. The bride will not be able to join in. Someone on the wait list will be happy. Make sure you don't delete me though. Big Grin

After careful negotiation with Mrs. O (meaning that she was in a good mood), she has authorized the opening of the party to guests on the waiting ist as of this post, raising the forumite limit to 96 people. Cool Waiting list resumes after that number.

VM: I'm sorry. But after Grossie's stage dive off my couch into a bevy of screaming imaginary fans at the last party, Allstate made me waive any coverage of air guitar property damage or injuries. Curiously, Air Saxophone is allowed. However, Kenny G is banned from my stereo as a matter of priniciple.

Eek

This party will surely go down in history as one of epic proportions.
And you, Mr. & Mrs. O, are clearly gluttens for punishment. But oh so very very cool. Cool

Wow. Very cool.

So, who's coming from WS that repping the editorial department?

This is a perfect article for the mag...

This CDP is now officially larger than my Bar Mitzvah! I hope Uncle Irving doesn't complain where he's sitting and that the music's too loud. But I digress.

Very cool of you and Mrs. O. Clearly, this has become a "can't miss" event. I think James Suckling should make a cameo.

Thanks again for your kindness, generosity, and
good humor. Can TBird actually play air saxophone?

Otis, you need to teach me your negotiating skills!

This will be one for the books.

Otis- Wow! To have the chance of getting together with so many from this forum in one evening will truly be amazing. With the list approaching 100, and the "extended" generosity of you and the CWM well noted, please let me and others know if I/we can contribute by bringing a bottle to share.

Looking forward to what I'm sure will be an unforgettable evening. Cool

In the past I've brought 2 cases of 50 each (100 total) for late night munchies. Never ran out before. Most of the out of towners have been too afraid to try them.

I think you are going to have to scrap the short bus and get something bigger grossie.

Look at that...Florida coming in 2nd to the home state Big Grin

At least I'll "know" some people..LOL

Vino Me, since the Georgians are slackers...you could make it 9.5 Florida and .5 Georgia since the wife is spending 1/2 her time in Georgia working these days. Big Grin Big Grin Then we can add a 19th state. Big Grin

Let's see:

If I introduce myself and talk to everyone for no more than 1 minute, I will be there 1 1/2 hours.

I think I will bring name tags for the 2 of us.

By the way, my wife is very excited about this... thank you Otis for making my wife happy. It's something I fail to do on an on-going basis Smile

Not to worry, tanglenet. If my memory serves me correctly, name tags are the norm for this soiree.

Tanglent: If this is anything like the last CDP, and it already appears bigger and better, you won't even know your own name by the end, let alone read someones name tag!

The problem with the name tags is that jcocktosten likes to collect them all. Photo from 2007 cdp.
