I am going to be in Chicago for the Spanish Wine Academy WSET course on July the 8th. Larry Kaplan is opening his Wine Bar next to his store The Wine Cellar at Century Plaza 361 West Northwest Highway Palatine, for us to meet and share a glass or few of my wines there as well. I will bring some of my Spanish gourmet items for some quick Tapas. My guess is around 6:30 pm or so to convene. Hope to share my Veleta wine with lots of aficionados!
