It's your call, Habu. We do need another couple of sparklers, but between cometspider's 4 new arrivals we should be able to get them to cover that department. Hopefully he'll chime in in the next day or so with some declarations for them.

I was really hoping to deflect any comments regarding the Georgia Champagne, and unfortunately used the term sparkler....but then again even mentioning the Georgian champagne may have been a mistake.

The four mystery wines from mis amigos are: 2004 Montecastro y Llanahermosa Ribera del Duero, 2003 Tinto Pasquera Reserva Ribera del Duuero, and a pair of 2004 +7 from Priorat. All 15 bottles now resting comfortably at 58 degrees.
