Monte Bello is a blend, so blends are in.

Hi Paul,

Is it possible to fit in Mrs O to this event? Her schedule has opened up and would love to attend.

Cheers,

Otis

I picked Thursday because I figured that was the best shot at getting both you and Mrs O to attend, so of course there's room. I'll finalize the restaurant this week.

Unless someone has a serious well founded objection I'm going to go with Flemings. It offered the best combo of closeness (6 blocks), price, selection and corkage.

I'm for sure bringing 1999 Ch. Pajzos Tokaji 5 putts. I have plenty of Sauternes, Kracher's...

Plenty of young Cabs, Bordeaux...

Dinner:

Time: 7:30- Close
Location: Fleming's
25 East Ohio St.,

A very short walk across the river the official hotel.

Theme - 1999 California Cabernet's - or whatever you have signed up for.
@ Cost = $75 / person

For Dinner:

Otisabdul - 2
Berno - 1
All Red - 2

I'd propose that we do a few of the wines blind. Maybe a flight of 6-7 of the Cabs, with the rest non-blind, so as not to totally geek out everyone's spouses.

Probably won't be in Chicago on Thursday, so I'll have to take my name out for this one. I'll see everyone at the main event on Saturday!
