Otis, I am going to stay with my brother in Hinsdale that weekend. Can I bring him as my date? I promise we will donate a lovely replacement to your cellar! rhb
It's probably just me, but when I click on the link I can get a list of restaurants but I can't find prices or other details. Is this like the NYC2012 promotion in which meals were available for $20.12 in top restaurants?

The Dine Out Chicago website is dreadful, it's more like an advertisement for Pellegrino than for anything else. But it's the only place which lists the participating restaurants...
Yes, this is like the dining promotions in many other US cities. The Chicago version offers a 3 course lunch for $20 and a 4-5 course dinner for $35, and meals come with a complimentary bottle of Pellegrino sparkling water.
Any update on the Friday night festivites after the game? I'd like to book my flight sometime over the next two weeks and want to make sure I get there in time for the post game festivities.
Joe ----- Wine is like potato chips around me...if it's open, it's gone.
Dinner Friday night will start about 7-8pm. We are having a difficult time finding a restaurant to accomodate 70-80 people so a location is still undetermined. It will be in Chicago though. We are still working on it.

Unfortunately (for me, anyway) I won't be attending, as I just learned last night that my older brother is getting married 8/27. Another time, another cellar diminishment party, I suppose...

Haggis: Cool at CBG. In what capacity are you associated with it? Just curious as I work at the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Garden in development.
