Any last minute additions or deletions of wine should be made in the next few days. I, for one, am having difficulty finding my 1994 Insignia. Mad Will have to substitute for a 1995 Caymus Special Select if I can't find it.

I cannot wait until I can build a proper cellar and quit working out of these damn wine fridges!!! Roll Eyes

If you don't have the aged First Growth, the written test is pretty easy, but I'd study up for the blind tasting (hint: it's all Yellow Tail and Boone's).

mstreger,

Please know one of the many prerequisites is to hold all wine drinkings from Texas in the highest of esteem. Razz Wink

Also, please know Texans taught our dear friends in Maryland everything they know! Eek

Do understand that to do this, you first must actually attend an offline, drink a LOT of wine. It takes a little lubrication to hold this gang in any kind of esteem, but you must be "high" to hold them in high esteem. Razz

Well......let's say that there are a few things we haven't learned from the Texans!! Eek Razz Wink

The picture convinced me. Yeah, I'll have to bring a grand cru or a Brunello as a sacrafice.

Now to lurk and figure out what event is going on when and where...

For those who have not been to Equinox, you might want to allow a couple extra minutes. The damned place isn't the easiest restaurant to find in the District. Parking garage is just to the left of Equinox if you're facing the restaurant from the street!

5 days!! Cool

Our 5 days in D.C. will be fun, and GO COWBOYS! Big Grin

It will be great to have additional Cowboy fans in the room. We should just ditch these deadskin fans and leave the private room for those who know football!
